As Said in the video, On 1 litre of water (any!.. rain, sea, tea, etc) It can run at 80km/hr for 1 hr !
Works by Seperating the Hydrogen from H20, thus releasing electrons which is how the car is powered ie, electrically.
Impressive stuff, and I too hope this gets mainstreamed fast !
